- 1 / 5By Matt FischerRude management that is not helpful or courteous @ all. Asked for cream cheese on the side, they put it on the bagel. I asked them to fix it & the manager proceeded to tell me that I didn't ask for it on the side & that they wouldn't fix it because i should of asked for it like that when I ordered, which I did. I asked nicely & he mumbled something & went back to talking with another employee. I stated that I could call corporate & report them for being so rude & he said that the store was privately owned & he didn't care.June 15, 2016
